No, Hyphen does not bill you for the cloud resources in your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud accounts. When you deploy a container app, Deploy creates its resources in your account, and your cloud provider bills you for them directly. An ENV operation is one read, push, or pull of an app's secrets for one environment. For example, if an app has 40 secrets in production, one pull of those secrets counts as one ENV operation. A Toggle evaluation is one request that evaluates all of the flags in a project for one context, such as one user. For example, if a project has 25 flags, one request for a user returns all 25 values and counts as one evaluation.
